Positive: The hotel is old, but overall still good. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly, an iron and ironing board were provided, and the staff was polite and courteous.
Negative: The room had very little lighting, and the windows provided poor soundproofing. Since the hotel is located near a major highway, traffic noise was clearly audible. The sink drained poorly and had an unpleasant odor. Our booking stated that breakfast was available for $16, but such an option did not exist. Instead, the restaurant offered several standard breakfast choices at different prices. The breakfast we ordered came to $25 per person. Altogether, we spent about 30 minutes waiting — both in line to be seated and for the food to arrive. Parking at the hotel is also quite expensive.

Positive: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for where I need to go. Staff were friendly & helpful. The convenient store in the lobby was wonderful, especially after a late night out.
Negative: Upon checking in, they were not able to locate my booking reservation. However they did create a new reservation and price matched it to the booking price. However this later caused an issue, as the booking reservation picked up as a no show and I was charged the 1st night's stay on my credit card. I requested that this be amended. However the hotel said they can't locate such a charge and to contact booking. Booking then said they can't get a response from the hotel. So now I've been double charged for the 1st night and neither booking or the hotel seems to be able to refund d me back.
Summary: Overall the facilities and the staff were all wonderful, however being double charged overshadows
